Booking the Free Consultation
It can be intimidating to get started, that’s normal! Pat yourself on the back for getting this far.
The next step is a 10 - 15 minute phone call that gives us time to go over:
The main concern you want to address in therapy
Questions about me
Logistics like scheduling and payment
Anything else that feels relevant to you
Then, we will be ready to book the initial appointment, called the intake. In the intake, we’ll get a feel for one another to see if we are a good match. If you’d like to commit to therapy at that point, you’ll sign some consent forms and away we go!

“I have benefited from Sarah’s care in many ways. I have been able to share many things with her without fear of judgment. She is unfailingly supportive and provides me with a place to share my worries and concerns as I navigate life's challenges. It has been good to have her by my side!”
